Why Capsules

Capsules are generally favored for convenience and ease of use. Suitable for first timers and those looking to avoid any extra preparation. Capsules will mask the bitter kratom taste, and are especially useful on-the-go.

Kratom and Food

It’s useful to know that kratom’s effects will be maximized on an empty stomach. After a large meal (600+ Calories), the body is absorbing and breaking down the nutrients present in your food. If kratom is present at this time, it will soon become diluted and cease to be effective. The same applies if food is eaten shortly before a kratom dose.

After a large meal, we recommend waiting an hour or two before your next kratom dose.

If at any time while using kratom you experience nausea, discomfort, or dizziness, this is likely an indicator that you have taken too much. At this point, calories can be consumed to suppress the kratom’s effect on the body. The extent of suppression is up to the discretion of the user based on the amount of calories consumed.

Dosage

There is no fixed guideline for an acceptable kratom dose, because each person’s biology is unique, however,

is not a bad starting point. Progressively adjusting dosage according to your body’s reaction is the most suitable method. If you try kratom and it doesn’t work, we recommend increasing your next dose. Likewise, if kratom makes you feel nauseated, light-headed, or dizzy, decrease your next dose.

Body weight is the most considerable factor regarding dosage. The dose of a 120lb individual will likely be lackluster for someone with much more body mass.

When using kratom capsules, don’t overwhelm yourself trying to swallow too many at a time. Swallow with water and don’t exceed your comfort level for each gulp. Drink water afterwards as well.

Tips and Guidelines for use

Contrary to kratom powder, capsules will not take effect rapidly. The time duration for the capsules to dissolve and release the powder is typically in the 45-minute ballpark. Kratom’s effects will typically last somewhere between 3-6 hours and should be pronounced enough that the user knows it’s working.
